CNC Bending

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) bending is a manufacturing process that bends sheet metal at a certain angle. A wide range of prisms that change when needed will allow bending of the sheet under different angles, and in the case of very complex shapes, we also do the auxiliary tools in our toolroom to make the required shape. The maximum length of sheet that can bend, besides the surface of the machine itself, depends on the type of material (steel, stainless steel or aluminum) as well as on the thickness of the material.

steel: 3 m x 5 mm / 1 m x 8 mm / 0,5 m x 10 mm 
stainless steel: 3 m x 5 mm / 1 m x 6 mm / 0,5 m x 8 mm
aluminium: 3 m x 6 mm / 1 m x 10 mm / 0,5 m x 12 mm

Prior to each bending, a 3D simulation is used to check the precision of sheet bending performance.

Circular bending

Circular bending of the sheet, pipe and profile is performed on a three-roller bending machine. The maximum length of the pipe is 2 m and the thickness of the material is 2 mm.
